Return Policy

🔄 Replacement Policy:
- If an item is defective, broken, or mis-shipped, we will prioritize sending a replacement.
- If a replacement is unavailable, you will have the option to receive a full refund or store credit.

Change of Mind Returns
Luna Light Studios accommodates 'Change of Mind' returns within 15 days of receipt, provided:
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping charges and must arrange their own shipping.
💰 Refund Amount for Change of Mind Returns
- The refund will be processed after deducting a 10% customs duty, if applicable.
- A restocking fee of 15% will be applied to all change-of-mind returns.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be issued once the return is received and inspected.

Refund Policy

- Purchases made on special discounts or final sale may qualify for a partial refund only.
Cancellations
🔹 Order Cancellation Window:
- Orders can be canceled within 72 hours of placement, unless the item is a custom or special order.
- If your order has already shipped, even within the 72-hour window, it cannot be canceled and will be treated as a return.
Shipping Policy for Returns
📦 Return Shipping Responsibility:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including international returns.
- If shipping via Post Service, declare the product value as less than $60 to avoid tax fees. Any tax fees incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Once the return is shipped, a tracking number must be provided to us.
- For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
🚫 Incorrectly Returned Items:
- Please ensure no additional items are included in your return package.
- Luna Light Studios is not responsible for returning any additional items mistakenly included.
Who Pays for Return Shipping?
🚚 If an item is returned due to being faulty, damaged, broken, or mis-shipped, Luna Light Studios will cover the return shipping fees.
⚠️ If the return is for any other reason, including a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different style or specification, please place a new order after confirming product details.
