Change of Mind Returns

Luna Light Studios accommodates 'Change of Mind' returns within 15 days of receipt, provided:

• The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping charges and must arrange their own shipping.

• The refund will be processed after deducting a 10% customs duty, if applicable.
• A restocking fee of 15% will be applied to all change-of-mind returns.
