Return Policy

Customers may request a return within 15 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Any return requests made after this period will not be accepted.

• Item must be in original packaging with all parts included
• Item must be unused and in resalable condition
• Returns are accepted only if the item is:

• Non-functional
• Incorrect or different from what was ordered

Customers are advised to inspect all items immediately upon delivery.

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Installed, unpacked, altered, or customized items
• Items purchased during Final Sale events
• Individually purchased shades, bulbs, or accessories
• Items damaged without valid proof of a logistics-related issue

Replacement Policy

If an item is received defective, broken, or incorrectly shipped:

• A replacement will be prioritized
• The issue must be reported in writing within 72 hours of delivery
• Replacement will be issued at no additional cost

If a replacement is unavailable, customers may choose between:

• A full refund, or
• Store credit

🚫 Unsolicited Returns:
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Please contact us before shipping any item.

Change of Mind Returns

Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery, provided that:

• The item is unused
• The item is in original packaging
• The item is in resalable condition

The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

• 10% customs duty (if applicable)
• 15% restocking fee
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected.

• Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled and will be treated as returns

Return Shipping Policy

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including international returns
• When shipping via postal services, declare item value below $60 to avoid tax charges
• Any taxes incurred will be deducted from the refund
• Tracking information must be provided once the return is shipped
• For items valued over $75, trackable shipping or shipping insurance is recommended

• Luna Light Studios covers return shipping only if the item is faulty, damaged, broken, or incorrectly shipped
• Customers are responsible for return shipping for all other reasons, including change of mind

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.

For exchanges involving a different style or specification, a new order must be placed.
