Cancellation Policy for Hand-Made and Custom-Made Products
At Luna Light Studios, we take pride in offering unique, hand-made, and custom-made products tailored specifically to your preferences. Due to the personalized nature of these items, the manufacturing process begins shortly after an order is placed. Therefore, cancellations can impact our production schedule and result in materials and labor costs. Please review our cancellation policy below:
1. General Policy
- Standard Products: Orders for standard, non-customized products can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase without any penalty.
- Hand-Made and Custom-Made Products: Orders for hand-made and custom-made products can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase without any penalty. However, cancellations requested after 24 hours will be subject to a cancellation fee due to the bespoke nature of these products.
2. Cancellation Fee Structure
- Within 24 Hours of Purchase: No cancellation fee.
- After 24 Hours but Before Production Start: A cancellation fee of 10% of the total order value will be charged to cover administrative costs and initial preparation.
- After Production Has Started: A cancellation fee of 20% of the total order value will be charged to cover material and labor costs already incurred.
- After Completion of Production: Orders cannot be canceled once production is complete. The full order amount will be charged.
3. Hand-Made and Custom-Made Product Definition
Hand-made and custom-made products refer to any item that is crafted or designed specifically for the customer based on provided specifications. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Customized sizes or dimensions
- Personalized engravings or inscriptions
- Unique designs or alterations to standard products
- Hand-crafted items
4. How to Cancel

5. Refund Process
If eligible, refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
6. Exceptions
In rare cases where production issues or delays occur on our end, customers will be notified promptly and given the option to cancel without any fees or penalties.
7. Changes to the Policy
