DMCA Counter-Notice of Alleged Infringement

If you believe your content that was removed or access to which was disabled is not infringing, or you have authorization from the copyright owner or its agent, you may send a Counter-Notice to Luna Light Studios' Copyright Agent with:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the content removed or disabled.
  3. Your contact details: name, address, phone number, email, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in [Your County and State], and a statement agreeing to accept service of process from the notifying party.
